Standard Office Visits

Visits with our providers are based on standard medical coding for evaluation and management, which involves both complexity of the case and time spent with the patient. Because of this, it is difficult to give an exact amount charged per office visit, however, in general, our first office visits are generally between $215 and $265. Return office visits are generally between $120 and $180. In addition to the office visit, there may be additional fees for blood draws, vaccinations, vitamin injections, in-house lab testing, outside lab fees, etc. These fees are generally between $20 and $60. Fees for services are due at the time of service. Please confirm benefits specific to your plan with your health insurance provider.

Preventative Office Visits (annual wellness exams)

Rountine annual exams and physicals, annual gynecological exams, and well-child exams are coded differently from standard office visits. They are based on the age of the patient and whether you are a new or established patient. These fees range anywhere from $150 to $265.  If there are additional concerns brought up at these preventive office visits, there will be an additional brief office visit fee (which may be an additional $40 to $110).

Phone Consult Policy:

It is always better to see you in person but in the event you are unable to come into the office for an appointment, you are welcome to schedule a phone consult with your provider. You may ask for a length of time you think you will need or we can help guide you. Fees for phone consults are $40 per 15-minute increment (not pro-rated per minute) for established patients.  Please note that phone consults are not covered by insurance and the fee is due at time of service.

Email Consult Policy:

Your provider is happy to answer questions via Patient Ally portal secure email, but please be aware that responding to emails does take time and expertise. Unless your provider has asked you to check in with them via email, fees for emails will be as follows:

Emails that require your provider to refer to your chart in order to answer specific questions for you, will be charged $20.

Emails for which your provider needs to do some research, in order to answer your specific questions, will be charged $40.

Please note that email consults are not covered by insurance and the fee is due at time of service.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling of appointments or a $50.00 cancelation fee will be charged.

Insurance Billing:

As a courtesy to our patients, we bill insurance companies for naturopathic medical services at our clinic. Your coverage will depend on your plan and you will be responsible for any copays, deductibles, or coinsurance due at the time of service. You may be billed later for remaining balances due to deductibles or coinsurance. Please consult with your individual insurance policy to verify your coverage. In addition to asking about office visit coverage we recommend asking your insurance if you have a preferred laboratory for testing as some plans have lower contracted rates with specfic labs.  Insurance may not cover all fees, such as vitamin injections or outside labs that are considered investigational. We will do our best to make you aware of non-covered fees ahead of time.

Our physicians are currently in-network, preferred providers with Premera, Regence, First Choice Health, United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna, and WA Apple Health plans.  Click here to see which of the insurance companies each of our providers accept.
